HELP !!! No more task-bare and menu bare

I tried but that's don't work, nothing happens !?

The gnome-panel seems work I have no problem on my root account.

Is it a way to restore my desktop from my backups, what 
files/directories to restore ? - Or what files to delete to force the 
system to recreate the desktop ?
