I don't remember exactly what Access can import (CSV, .dbf?), but you could try:

1. Create DB and table(s) in Openoffice Base.
2. Right-click a table in Base and select "copy".
3. Open a new OpenOffice Calc spreadsheed and paste.
4. Export/Save As the table in a format that Access can import.

Obviously, this is going to suck big-time if you have more than a few
tables, and don't ask me why there's no File->Export in Base. As for
the ASP problem I can only wish you luck ;)

PS - you can get a Linux hosting account on the cheap these days :)
