Well, there was no "command" included. It was just the file name where you
could start reading e.g. with firefox. So, start firefox and press
Ctrl-O. In the file selection box paste the filename and press enter.
BTW: don't use sudo unless you really need it. All commands available for
root are also available for a normal user. If the command needs root
privilege it may give an error message but if the command isn't found,
sudo doesn't help.
