Calendar program

We are using Thunderbird so for a  screen calendar we could use Sunbird 
stand alone or lighting which is an add on to Thunderbird, but they do 
not allow you to print out nicely formated calendars and we use a lot of 
calendars as visual reminders to employees about what is going on. I do 
not object to paying for one if anyone knows of commercial software that 
is cross platform that would be fine too.
