Changing between external and internal LCD display after resume

Hello,

I have a use case which I want to make working.

I use external LCD display with my Lenovo Thinkpad T61p which has NVidia
FX570M chip in a dock in the office.
But when I go to home I want to suspend the laptop and resume at home
and of course use internal LCD.

How to configure X in order achieve that?

Any hints are welcome.
