You may want to read about Ubuntu's trademark policy at

Software in the main and universe repositories should be freely
redistributable.  I believe you can charge for it, but much of the
software is licensed under GPL so you must make the source available upon
request, though most people will be satisfied if you redirect them to
http://packages.ubuntu.com/
