I find bc easier to use than python or ipython. Although both manuals don't show any real syntax for entering the data or operating on them, bc is a little more intuitive. Just entered the numbers with a plus sign between then and hit enter after the last one gives the sum. Nice.  Also verified the conclusion that the TI calc although eternally repeatable is still simply wrong(unless I made an entry error of +135, not likely on several attempts). So, it's:

Sum()   2      TI   O
