Is there a way to make the mouse arrow pointer larger?

Hi everyone:

I am using Ubuntu 8.04 on a Dell Inspiron1525 laptop. I am having
difficulty seeing the mouse pointer arrow. Is there a way in which to
make it larger for better viewing or is there something I can download
to get larger mouse pointers? Thank you.
