OK, thanks. I googled for the error message you quoted and found lots of
info, one of them being this bug report:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/282734

It says that a workaround is th mark a message as Junk and then mark it
as Not Junk. This creates a certain file and then the error is gone. I
also found other links that confirmed that this works.
