Konqueror wants to load urls in firefox

Using Kubuntu Hardy Heron but I suspect this applies to Ubuntu also.

I can load a url in Konqueror but if I try to load a url within the 
original url,  a box pops up with the option to Save to Disk, Open in 
Firefox or Cancel.

How can I change so that Konqueror loads a url within itself?
