Hi folks,

Is anyone using syndaemon in 8.10? With the new automatic X server
configuration there is no configuration block for the synaptics touch
pad in /et/X11/xorg.conf on my laptop so nowhere to add the SHMConfig
option required for syndaemon. The trackpad on my laptop is particularly
sensitive and I'm not the worlds most strict typist so I need to use
syndaemon to lock out the tracker while I'm typing or I end up typing
where I don't want to which is extremely irritating when I'm coding.

Any help would be gratefully received, I found a page on the kubuntu
wiki which references "new instructions for 8.10" but that page doesn't
exist yet.

Thanks,

Mark.
