firestarter only controlling port forwarding connections

Hi there,

I find with firestarter that when I have port forwarding turned on for a
particular port the IPs in the "Allow connections from host" rules.  I
want the order of events to be:

1) Allow connections from specific hosts
2) then follow port forward rules.
3) reject all other IP addresses for port forwarding for specific ports.

How can I configure firestarter to do that?
