Yes it does :-)

Though it may not be in your menus or whatever.

   The client     /usr/bin/vinagre
   The server     /usr/bin/vino-preferences
   Setup program  /usr/lib/vino/vino-server

Read "man vinagre" for the client. it's for GNOME, but should work fine
on other X systems.

On the server ("remote system"), run vino-preferences first to set up
how vino should run, then run "vino-server".

On the client ("local system"), run vinagre.
