"Will not be allowed"?  Or just "will not be allowed unless you use SSL?" 
That's simple with almost _any_ mail client - tell it to use a secure
connection.

I quit using my ISP's mail at all because they _wouldn't_ let me use a
secure connection.  The stupid bastards...
