another interesting video problem VLC won't play dvd

Still have the same problem, some dvds not playing. When I typed
$ sudo apt-get install libdvdcss2
I got
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package libdvdcss2 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package libdvdcss2 has no installation candidate
So I don't seem to able to download libdvdcss2
Any suggestions?
