Hi ubuntu-users

I am looking for a software who would allow me to allocate lecture rooms 
(less than 10) to several coworkers.
At present I make a gcalendar for each coworker and manually allocate 
the lecture rooms. But this does not permit me to have a view of the 
occupation of the lecture rooms.

Does anyone know about a project that would allow to do this?
