So there is.  My mistake - I thought I had medibuntu enabled (damn that
upgrade tool!).  However, at the time googleearth-package was created
Google's policy didn't permit redistribution by _anyone_.  Has this
changed?  Unless it has, Medibuntu's version is still an illegal download.
