dancer-services: README.Debian mentions non-existent file

The file /usr/share/doc/dancer-services/README.Debian says

    This field is a password hash, which you can create with
    mkpasswd.dancer, found in the dancer-ircd package.

However, as far as I can tell, there is no file named mkpasswd.dancer
in the dancer-ircd package:
