Well, now when I complain that they send files in word format, that
OOo cannot read because they use some obscure formatting for no reason
at all, they can tell me that I have no basis to complain. All the
software that I need to read those files is right there waiting for me
to install it.

This is Israel's leading technology university. It is often referred
to as the MIT of the Middle East. Just make sure that you include the
