Problem Upgrading 7.10 (64bit) to Ubuntu version 8.04 LTS

Hello all,
Encounter the following problem when attmepting to upgrade from
7.10 (64bit) to version 8.04 LTS.

And network connect is  OK.

Any ideas how to overcome this ??
