Only if you mistakenly assume that other hosts have the same
access rights as localhost, that all hosts including localhost
are somehow configured by the same lines in the configuration
files, that firewalls permit ssh access from all hosts on all
possibly-relevant ports, that name resolution of localhost
somehow proves that name resolution of all possible hosts will
work, and a countably infinite number of other considerations.
