First of all, <plonk> is not an argument. Second, you did not even reply
to Steve Lamb's post where he said,
"[Try] removing the ALL ALL line for your username in visudo and see if
it complains that you're preventing yourself from future evocations of
sudo which would preclude fixing that very problem. It is syntactically
correct. Configuration tools have no notion of the context in which the
configuration is going to operate and thus cannot determine what will
and will not work."
