Why?  There's a straightforward syntax that says that any virtual host can
have any number of rewrite rules, so the rewrite rule configuration would
simply allow for any number of iterations.  If the designer didn't add
a "duplicate this" button, you could always just use the underlying
copy/paste of the GUI environment.
