Root partition full, although baboab says different

Do not know whether this applies here, but ext2/ext3 filesystems
leave some area (by default, 5%) reserved for root, so once you
fill 95% of ext* formatted drive, it is considered to be full
(unless you work from root account)

(this 5% may be modified during formatting, or later via tune2fs)

Maybe the software you use considers this?
