unusual Update Manager update offering

I got the samething.  I tried checking it, and it wouldn't allow me to
check it.  I have libtotem-plparser10 2.22.2-0ubuntu1 installed.  In
Synaptic package manager, it shows there is an update available to
2.22.3-0ubuntu1.  But the Apply button is grayed out.
