What is that suppose to mean?

IMHO, the original question/post is akin to "I am lost.  Can you give me 
directions?"

There is no attempt on the part of the poster to say where they are or even 
where they think they may be.

Sort of like "show me the light".  Upon which they are flooded with light 
and left to drown on a sea of information being no closer to shore or any 
other port in a storm.
