converting .swf to .mpg

Install mencoder:
sudo apt-get install mencoder

for example: video.swf to video.mpg

 bash-:$ mencoder video.swf -of mpeg -ovc lavc -lavcopts
vcodec=mpeg1video -oac copy other_options -o video.mpg
