you can download specific packages here for your friend. BUT, your
going to open up a can of worms with dependencies if they dont have all
the necessary libraries to run whatever your giving them. Its going to
be a whole lot easier for them to spring for a net connection, whats
dial up go for these days ten dollars a month??, broadband thirty?
