apt-file update gives 404

Hi list,

Is it just me or the command:
sudo apt-file update
bombs out?

I get a 404 on every request :(

And as an aside - anyone know which .deb provides /etc/samba/smb.conf?
 I hosed mine after the upgrade to Hardy and want to start over :)
