8.04 with Vista Home Premium

Dear friends,

I have now downloaded 8.04 and it runs from the disk in both my XP 
desktop and the Vista laptop. For whatever reason I never got 7.1 to 
work. I gave it to my son and he installed it straight away!

I'm waiting for some more room before I install 8.04 in a partition on 
the desktop, but I have room on the HP Pavilion dv600 with Vista Home 
Premium, and I'd like to get Ubuntu working there ASAP. I have heard 
there are special problems with setting up a dual boot with Vista. Can 
any of you direct me to sources of guidance for the installation?
