Undo 7.10 upgrade to 8.04 ?

It's just a text thing, I'd assume.  Does your GRUB menu still say 7.10?

If you customized it before, maybe you just kept your old file.  It
doesn't actually appear that anything is wrong.  The change from 7.10
to 8.04 isn't hugely noticeable graphically, unless you're looking for
the differences.
