Can't do ALL administration tasks through VNC?

OK... Vino works... fine. :)

I can enable vino then access it from another machine and there I have
all the permissions... The problem with Vino is that if I have to
remotely reboot the machine, I can't (remotely) start a GNOME session on
the console to VNC back into it from remote.

Whereas with vnc4server (which doesn't give me all the premissions for
remote management) I can reboot the machine, SSH into it, run vncserver,
and then connect graphically again from remote... so I would prefer the
vnc4server solution with all priviledges... :)
