Reconfiguring Evolution email client

Hello there,

I am on Gutsy Gibbon.  When I first started Evolution it stepped me
through a few configuration steps and when I was done it worked fine.
BUT now I want to access a different mail box to which I do have access
permission and I can't figure out how to reconfigure Evolution with the
new account number and server name???  There must be a way and it should
be easy!
