/home partition location

    Assuming the hard drives equal in everything, you can put your home 
partition either place. No difference at all.

    The rule is you must be able to put a partition there. Then you can 
make that partition hold anything, and then you mount it to your main 
Linux using /etc/fstab to make it automatic.
