System --> Preferences --> Hardware Information?

Opening a terminal and running "lspci" will show you lots of info too
about the hardware attached to your PCI bus.

For the driver though afaik you have to open /etc/X11/xorg.conf and look
at the "Device" section to see what is being used.  There must be an
easier way but I dno't know it.
