You _did_ write what Mario quoted, so get over it.

If, in fact, you were trying to say "I just read this on a blog, and don't
know how reliable it was", you made two big mistakes.  First "I rest my
case" implies (strongly) that you trust and agree with this statement -
that you would have _made_ the statement if you'd thought of it first. 
Second, if you're quoting, there are grammatical conventions
called "quotes".  Use them: '"'.  Otherwise, how on earth are people
supposed to understand that you didn't write it?  I'll point out that using
other peoples words without proper attribution is called plagiarism.

Finally, once again you don't actually seem to understand what OSS is.  It's
an old and obsolete system.  Yes, it works - but the moment you start using
it, you make it impossible for any _other_ application to use sound.  If
you must use OSS, it should only be as an absolute last resort.
