Logrotate script omits geneweb name from invoke-rc.d command

/etc/logrotate.d/geneweb uses invoke-rc.d as a postrotate script to 
reload the package parameters, but it omits the package name.  The
line should read:

invoke-rc.d geneweb force-reload >/dev/null
