It is beginning to look like a motherboard problem, to me.

Run a memtest on it and see what happens.

 It could be a heat issue, also. When is the last time the inside of the
box was cleaned? Dust prevents air from taking heat off the surfaces
that need cooling, kind of an insulating blanket.
