Yeah, Synaptic is what I always use and 
yeah, you are right: menu isn't installed ! ;-)

Good, that sounds pretty good but however:
Not update-menus nor  sudo update-menus changes anything .;-(

It's not a big or disturbing case ...
... just a minor cosmetical one !! ;-|

Myslef I just want to learn and recognize how to deal with it !!! ;-D
