UN-organaised System Preferences / Administration drawers

Hello Ubuntu experts & users
Generally I like a well organized and structured system design ! ;-D

I dislike the UN-sorted entries in System | Administration or
Preferences !! ;-((

How can i get them sorted automagically ??? ;-)

PS and curiously:

Under "Main Menu" I was able to change the sequence of these 2 under
System manually !
But why the heck I am getting 2 more entries while I move Administration
top of Preferences ??
The new added entries are Control Center (not bad) and Terminal (not bad
too) !?

Myself I only expected a sequence swap of these 2 previous entries. ;-)
