Sorry, should have been dxf yes via dia.

Send away  to my email address & send the vsd - I'll keep it
confidential of course and off list. Again, I only have Viso v5.0 so I
may not be able to convert it for you if it is one of the MS Visio
formats, but more than willing to give it a shot.
