How to regain erased sources.lst

[SYNass IT Ubuntu / Linux]

Sorry for my, exceptional, top posting:
It's a pity that the OP didn't set an appropriate subject to his
problem !
This error could happen anytime again and nobody will find it again 
with only "Re:" in the subject !!
