How to get VMWare server to access USB stick?

Two ideas:

1) Google for VMWare forums. I found two forums, one of which is
official and the other which is just starting out. Post at both of
them. The official forum will probably get you an answer quicker, but
the new forum needs the participation in order to flourish. Don't
forget to post back to both forums (and here) when you find the
solution.

2) When you reply, reply to the list, not to me. There are many other
people who can help you, and the archives are just as interested in a
solution as you are. I have been CCing the list with my replies to
you, but you should mail only the list.
