Getting addresses OUT of a spreadsheet

Well, I spoke too soon. I had done every step right up to actually
hitting "send documents". This is using email addresses out of a
spreadsheet, by the way.

When I hit "send documents" (after selecting "plain text", setting up my
email server details and so on) OpenOffice crashed.

And it crashes reliably, repeatably, every single time, at that point.

Sigh.
