Updates seem to make things worse, not better

I've noticed that on both the Ubuntu and Windows side that Flash Video 
performs better in Firefox 3.0 than it did in 2.0.  I had performance 
issues with Flash Video in Firefox 2 for a long time so this is a 
dramatic change.  Overall, FF3 has really surprised me with how much 
better it is than previous versions.
