Yep, it's fine. Don't worry about the ignores. Your up to date.

There are two logs of interest here. /var/log/apt/term.log
and /var/log/dpkg.log. Unfortunately, I'm unaware of any log for sources
updates. It might be an option in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d
