Problems installing. No ISO, WUBI not working

Despite the drivers being installed according to the 
System~>Administration~>Hardware Drivers screen nothing like that 
appears in System~>Administration~>Network.  There are TWO (2) drivers 
associated with my "builtin" Atheros WiFi adapter which appear in 
Hardware Drivers and the status of both after installation says "In 
Use".  The drivers for the adapter and the drivers for the Atheros HAL.
