Apache 2 Configuration

[Santiago Hernández Lemes]

I have instaled it via Synaptic package manager, installing Lamp server
aplications as Ubuntu suggested to me.
The fact is, that everyting is OK, but this file is empty, and is not the
first time it happends to me.

Any suggestion?
