A list like this for Windows-XP

    I went with Google and searched for a list like this for Windows. 
There is none. I found this:

It says it is a learning list but it is not available free. You have to 
join a class to become a Windows Expert and it's not cheap.

    There are some others run by non-Microsoft people but it looked on 
those like the blind leading the blind. There is a real good book on 
Windows-XP but it costs $120.00 :-)
