That was the first thing I did actually. And yes it's a new device. Got it 
monday. Prob seems specific to the p2p side of things. Only have probs with 
deluge so far slowing to a crawl and eventually stopping. Regular browsing 
still at full speed. I've checked and have the correct ports forwarded via 
the modem to no avail. That gave me a clue which I googled and found similar 
with others out there. Still looking for the fix for now. At least I know now 
the prob is the modem end which hopefully gets me to the fix
